I downloaded the app to listen to BoomerRadio on my iPad whilst working across Europe. Good sound, easy to use, plenty of radio stations, no crashes. I use it almost every night, what else can I say?

Works very well with the Pioneer AppRadio excellent graphics and controls this is by far one of the best

Great player that does what it says. It also has a fun feature: when resuming music using the headphone cord play button, a dog barks to let you know its starting up! Small thing but its a nice thing to have.

Doesnt work anymore ,please fix . Was great before !

Does not work, waste of money

What the heck has been up with this app lately? I managed to find one or two stations that work, but many no longer work and I have both the iPad and iPhone versions. Both yielding the same results. This used to be my favourite radio app, but now it has become completely useless. Mr. Greg Ogonowski, its time to fix this app now! I have patiently waited for bugs to get sorted out through several updates and it only seems to be getting worse. Fewer and fewer stations are working. What gives?

This app works reasonably well with CarPlay support, which was what I was hoping for. Overall, Im not sure it was worth the $5 price tag but willing to stick with it for now. There are a couple things that are bringing my rating of the app down: 1) No ability to select stream bitrate. This is mitigated by the ability to add your own stream addresses (bizarrely, this is done via the share panel). 2) Short buffer time with no (obvious) way to adjust. I live in an area with generally excellent and fast cell service but there are a couple spots on my commute where I lose LTE signal for a few seconds. Since I use this exclusively for streaming in the car (hence the requirement for CarPlay support because I dont want to fiddle with my phone while driving) having a buffer of more than a couple seconds is very desirable.

4.99 for multitasking when we already paid 8.99 for the original app is greedy. Its 1 star for now until I get over being burned. THIS IS BS HE ADDED BACKGROUNDING TO THE 8.99 tuner2 BUT HIDES IT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Shady developer. Never again. That being said deep down its still an excellent app. The backgrounding implementation is pretty good. It uses the pause and play button in the backgrounding bar of iOS 4. I just wish the forward and back buttons were programmed to go to next or previous favorite station or let us make a list of stations we want to cycle through. A favorite station playlist sort of thing. That would be awesome. As of right they dont do anything.

Have 3 g so dont care about multitasking one of the best audio quality radio over ip period.

I could have spent the money on a large latte at Starbucks. I mean yes if this was not what you were looking for you feel that it is money waisted. I went to the "more" page and found there wasnt much there. I see much potential for this app. The sound quality is fantastic and fortunately for me the available channels fit with in my spectrum of enjoyment. My review does not address the problem of the two tuner2 apps. I found the one for 5.99 and have listened to 7 great quality songs up to this writing.

Why is it now called StreamS?

This has the best sound quality of any streaming app, and has an impressive selection of streams.

I was blown away when I hooked it up in my car. I dont even listened to FM anymore cos this app sounds so much better. My local stations are even listed in thier directory.

This app is fantastic, it has hundreds of streams listed and they sound great. Also you can manually add your own urls to play any stream. It plays AAC and HEAAC V1 and V2. And all of this for less than five bucks. Come on.

Lots of great high quality streams to listen to. Somebody really gets it. Ive never heard a better sounding online stream.

Just purchased and used StreamS today. AWESOME! Best radio/streaming App EVER! Thanks for getting it and prividing quality over quantity and sonics of saturation. I got this app specifically for boomerradio. I am grateful someone got their head on straight & made their music available on our iphone. I have discovered similar music on similar streams on the app. Thank you for not relying heavily on graphics in your listings. I use the accessibility feature in iphone known as voiceover to navigate the screen. Please continue to tag your buttons making them visible to voiceover. As for the quality, it is excellent. Please do not break this app in future versions rendering it unusable for those of us who are blind. As is right now well worth the five bucks.

I am not impressed with this app. It claims to have better sound quality than other apps but I dont hear it. Unfortunately that is what this app is meant to do really well but fails miserably. With the lack of stations this app offers I cant find any reason to even keep this app so i will delete it and consider it a waste of money so in my opinion dont waste yours and stay away from this app.

This app is well worth the $4.99, its like having a global transistor radio but with the audio quality of a hi fi stereo !

Piece of crap!! Can only hear music from a few stations. The rest are just dead air!!
